In the equipping and implementation of temporary traffic routing for construction sites for short and longer durations, as well as in the case of night construction sites and emergency measures, but also in the case of ongoing marking works on motorways, country roads and in the inner city area, we implement high quality, permanent marking tapes. These permanent marking tapes can be used on various subsurfaces and road surfacing constructions installed using various technical methods.
Here it stands out in particular through its integrated stability and the durability of the traffic related characteristics. Our permanent tape markings can be supplied in yellow and white. The tape can be laid easily and quickly from temperatures of 10°C plus and can be driven over immediately.
Temporary tape marking
The function of temporary road marking ("yellow marking“) is to override the white marking for a temporary period and to indicate modified traffic routing to drivers through this (e.g. in the construction site area). In order to be able to fulfil this function, they have to be at least as visible as the white marking available on site both during the day and at night. Based on experience, many drivers get stressed when construction sites are narrow. Traffic signs
must be respected and speed limits adhered to.
This situation is amplified even further during darkness and poor weather conditions. With the help of high quality tape marking, the hazard due to poorly visible or even lacking road boundaries can be effectively reduced.
Permanent tape marking
A crucial advantage of tape marking compared to other types of markings is that it is not created in changing conditions on site (temperature, humidity etc.) but is produced in a controlled way in a modern plant in compliance with the ISO standards.
Our permanent tape markings are characterised by ceramic pearls and antiskid particles in a hard polyurethane top coat. This gives the tape marking the highest retroflection and antiskid properties with a long user life.
