SUPER-RAIL® ECO double-sided (abbr.: DS) is the barrier solution for narrow median strips. Due to its small construction width of 0.7 m, the system can be installed even on medians where only limited space is available. The consistent design of the product family ensures an imperceptible and non-irritating change to other systems of the ECO series.

The System:
Like all ECO systems, SUPER-RAIL® ECO DS shows only one upper box beam. The guard rail profiles on both sides are directly connected to the posts by deformation elements.
Compared to SUPER-RAIL® Standard double-sided, the system weight is more than halved from 120 kg/m to 50 kg/m, while the system width is reduced to 0.7 m. SUPER-RAIL® ECO DS has been tested with a post distance of 2.0 m.

Places of Installation:
SUPER-RAIL® ECO DS is successfully tested acc. to the European Standard EN 1317, achieving a containment level of H2, a working width of 1.2 m (W4) and an impact severity level (ASI) of B.
