
The LARS® special construction was developed for the prevention of load drop on critical parallel lines and intersections at high speed road and rail tracks. The 3.00 m high steel construction manufactured under licence is combined with another vehicle restraint system and thus offers perfect protection from heavy trucks deviating from roads and their loads.
The LARS® system is mounted and anchored behind the vehicle restraint system on the verge or also on structure (such as bridges or supporting walls). If needed, LARS® can also be coated with one- or double-sided noise barrier elements according to ZTV-LSW.
